Landry Consulting LLC (Landry) is a Pacific Northwest Woman / Disadvantaged / Small Business Enterprise (W/D/SBE) and a registered Small Contractor and Supplier (SCS) in King County established in 2008 and offering a nationwide consulting practice to a diverse set of clients including aviation, academics, oil and gas, banking, Department of Defense, Department of Transportation, and information technology. Landry services include gap and business analyses, strategic planning, process analyses, implementation planning, information technology assessments, program integration and deployment, and training.

Landry partners with industry experts who offer services based on hand’s on experience and years of professional depth, knowledge, and leadership. Our company strategy is to bring in experts for specific work, not to engage all staff at all times, but to create work teams to focus on individual tasks and deliverables to support the proposed client scope of work. Joanne M. Landry has over 30 years expertise in program and research management, business consulting, system integration, process re-engineering, and customer relationship management. Ms. Landry also has broad experience with budget control, staff management, and customer communication and reporting on large, complex programs. She is the Principal of Landry Consulting LLC and Director of sms4airports and has assisted multiple airports in SMS implementation and Gap Analysis Programs including developing all four components of the SMS (Policy, Risk, Assurance, and Promotion) and authoring SMS Manuals for integration into Part 139 airport operations.

Ms. Landry designs and deploys integrated software solutions to support SMS including enterprise solutions. She also provides training for management and operations staff to ensure SMS implementation is supported and maintained once the projects are completed. Ms. Landry developed a standardized approach to Safety Assessment (SA) information collection, preparation, facilitation, and documentation and has conducted more than 80 Safety Assessments and SRM panels nationwide.
